The Buffalo Sabres' newest college additions will get their first taste of the NHL on Saturday.

Forward Hudson Fasching and defenseman Casey Nelson will both be in the lineup when the Sabres face off against the Winnipeg Jets, head coach Dan Bylsma confirmed Friday.

The Sabres signed Fasching and Nelson to entry-level deals earlier in the week after the two enjoyed stints with the University of Minnesota and Minnesota State University respectively.

Forward Cal O'Reilly and defenseman Carlo Colaiacovo will sit to make room for the youngsters.
