Ducks land McGinn from Sabres

The Anaheim Ducks have reportedly acquired forward Jamie McGinn from the Buffalo Sabres for a conditional third-round draft pick, according to TSN's Bob McKenzie.

ESPN's Pierre LeBrun notes that the third-round selection will be bumped up to a second-round selection in the event Anaheim advances to the Western Conference Final.

McGinn is the second of two wingers acquired by Ducks on deadline day. Bob Murray spent a sixth-round selection to acquire Brandon Pirri from the Florida Panthers earlier in the afternoon.

The left-shot McGinn has 14 goals and 27 points in what's been one of his best offensive campaigns.
