Henrik Sedin unable to return vs. Sharks due to upper-body injury

The Vancouver Canucks have lost Henrik Sedin to injury, at least for the duration of Saturday's game in San Jose.

The captain suffered an upper-body injury in the first period and was deemed unable to return, the club announced.

The injury is believed to have occurred on a first-period hit delivered by Brent Burns.

Sedin saw only 3:36 of ice time in the game, recording one shot on goal.
