Joe Colborne didn't wait long to make an impression with his new team.
The Colorado Avalanche forward scored three goals in Saturday's season opener against the Dallas Stars, putting in the third tally 7:05 into the second frame.
Colborne joined the Avalanche as a free agent in the offseason.
