Report: Devils, Coyotes finalizing Hall trade

The Arizona Coyotes are closing in on a deal for New Jersey Devils forward Taylor Hall, reports TSN's Darren Dreger.

Arizona is sending New Jersey a first-round pick, a conditional selection, and prospects, according to TSN's Pierre LeBrun.

Hall will likely test the free-agent market this summer, but his agent, Darren Ferris, will listen to extension options if the Coyotes present them, according to Dreger.

New Jersey has held Hall out of its last two games amid the possibility of a trade. The 2018 Hart Trophy winner is a pending unrestricted free agent.
