Watch: Larry David rips Rangers’ Quinn for benching Kakko

Festivus has come and gone, but that isn't stopping Larry David from airing his grievances about David Quinn.

The "Seinfeld" co-creator and star of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" criticized the New York Rangers head coach and stuck up for rookie Kaapo Kakko during an in-studio appearance Tuesday on ESPN Radio in New York.

Last Thursday, Quinn benched Kakko after the 18-year-old took a holding penalty with under eight minutes left in a loss to the Calgary Flames. Kakko played only one shift following the infraction, and Calgary ultimately prevailed 4-3.

Larry wasn't impressed.

Kakko did indeed end a long scoring drought - of 19 games, not 14, as Larry suggested - but nevertheless, his argument was pretty, pretty good.
